"Brian was out to visit our Illinois location yesterday and did a fantastic job. He was on time, focused, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He was able to do the start up as we requested on our 3x UPS units. One of them had a fault on startup and Brian was able to get it working. The other two were brought online without issue. Brian was only onsite for a couple hours and was able to do all of the required work in that time. Before Brian left, we had tested each of the units under current load and off of bypass mode to my satisfaction. There is a formal write-up that Brian will be sending to us and we will include that in our plant documentation. I have full confidence that our units will be able to provide battery backup and line conditioning now. I won’t hesitate to recommend Nationwide Power for our needs in our other North American facilities in the future."
