Synopsis | Customer had scheduled a shut down of the UPS to replace 128 batteries. After the battery replacement, the UPS would not come back up without an alarm. The alarm was: lost communication with controller. |
Resolution | Nationwide Power Engineer found that the communications board was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced in order to fix the issue. After replacing the communications board, the UPS reset itself resulting in a functioning unit. |
