Joseph continues to be one of, if not the best contractors/techs that visit us. He makes Preventive Maintenance on our critical power infrastructure easy. I have 100 other things going on, demanding my attention and I can just let Joseph work and do what needs to be done while I worry about other issues. He is always ready to go as soon as I arrive, kind, courteous, and respectful of my time.
Jeremy ACraig continues to be very knowledgeable in all varieties of equipment installed at our facilities and takes the time to explain the equipment condition and proper operation. Craig has always conducted himself professionally to myself and to all the other associates here. It has been a pleasure to work with Craig for the past decade.
Steve FOur tech, Todd, is always prepared for the job to be done. Lets us know what is being done, and addresses all of our questions or concerns. After service is done, he explains the results in detail and follows our company’s security requirements.
