We haven’t had any problems with our UPS. I chalk that up to good maintenance. Should the need ever arise in an emergency situation, knowing that Nationwide Power would respond in a timely manner makes my job easier. Dan is a great technician. He communicates well. I have confidence in his abilities.

Jennifer VYou guys provide top notch service. Working with Dani to provide a quote for this to be delivered and installed was a dream. Then, Will stepped in to coordinate the installation. Brian came in on the installation day, and not only did he collaborate with the electricians to get the battery properly installed, but later troubleshooted with them to find an issue with the wiring for the new battery. As always, he was very thorough, and then even offered to perform maintenance on the unit. I worked with the same team for the initial install of the unit, and they are all top notch. Keep sending Brian to do work for us. He is very clear with explaining what is being done and extremely meticulous.
