It’s nice to have a vendor without drama for once! Both the batteries and the PM went very smoothly. The previous vendor took FOUR DAYS to change out 1 set of UPS batteries. You guys did it in four hours, including having the old batteries on the truck, ready to leave, and no mess or unresolved details left behind. Same with the PM. Quick, efficient, quiet, and no left-behind issues.
